Section Cut-off

Hi there, I am having problem with one of the sections, they are appearing cut off and at different lengths every time i refresh the page. here is the page: http://52.25.40.201/~nikole/your-needs/ and it is the marginless column sections of grey icons that are showing cut off. This is copied from the homepage, which is the only page that seems to not have this problem http://52.25.40.201/~nikole/

Is there something I am missing that is causing these sections to be cut off?

we did checked above link and looks like everything is fine on that page what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/fffQqP8.png

If you try refreshing a couple of times, on that pages and the others with the same section, the sections will begin to show up in different heights every time. Sometimes the icons and text appears cut off. (Like in the above attached picture)

We've tested it on different computers and we can't recreate this issue. Please check your browser version and addons
