I'm trying to import demo data "Estate" getting error

The Domain not registered yet i am accessing website via hosts file for now

this means that your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Demo settings can not be imported automatically because your server does not support wp_remote_get() function which uses loopbacks. In such case, you must import settings manually.
