How to have the page name and page location on the blue area insted of on the subheader

I have two questions about the sub header area
1. How to have the page name and page location on the blue area instead of on the sub header (under the blue) ?
- Our Offer | Home > Our Offer -
2. My blue area above the sub header is about 50% bigger then the demo, can i set the size for it somewhere ?

1. Under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section, you can set Transparency to 0 and subheader would be on the blue area.
2. Please send us link to page where this area is bigger so we can have a look on it.
