Section in a section

Hello,

I created a new section that I want to move above the other sections that I have previously done. Here is a screen shot of my new section on the bottom with the ID of additional-permissions that I want to move above the ID of additional-definitions:

When I move it, all of the other sections are now inside the #additional-permissions section which I don't want. 

Why is this happening?  Thank you.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors. Please fix them first and all should be fine. Looks like you did something wrong because you did mistakes in the code. IF you open your site in FF html mode, you see red colored things what means where errors are. They may be related with what you did in the code or may be related with your plugins.
