One page theme with menu or header

I need to make one page website with full screen section. but I dont need any menu on the top I want each page will change with one scroll. how to do it ??

I've selected one page option from the page option but it is not working.

okay is it possible to show muffin builder on custom post types??

If you know coding, then it would be possible. But if you are creating custom post types, you must know coding. We suggest to check our custom post types, like single-content-portfolio.php file which is under includes/ folder.
