Subheader and blog post

Hey guys - 2 things - one is subheader size (see attached pic) I would like to keep that orange line below header/menu (this is png picture used in subheader image option) but remove that space below - I believe it's subheader size , as well how can I change title size in blog post ?

Looks like it's subheader. What you need to do is change custom css under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section:

#Subheader { padding: 100px 0; }

Instead of 100px, please set 5px.
