Blog featured images sizes

Sorry but I've looked through the documentation and searched here:

Can you tell me what the optimal sizes / dimensions are for the different blog featured image options?

Hi,

we do not have any recommended sizes for images. However, if you want to know to what sizes images are cut, we suggest to check functions/theme-functions.php file where all sizes are listed.

Is this still the case? 

I can't seem to set a blog post size that works. I've tried all "blog styles" and nothing gets the featured images to look nice on the main blog page. . .

Hi,

Here are instructions for changing featured images size:

To change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog, please navigate to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image.

Notice!
Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.
