Header Minimalist for One Page

I used the below mentioned codes in custom CSS to removed this for this specific page, I also want to removed that Green bar that is still there for this page only.

#Subheader { display: none; }

#Header_wrapper { background-image: none !important; }

Also How do I reduce the height of the sub-header throughout the website.

You can remove Subheader for all pages in
Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader > Hide

or for specified page in Page Options below Muffin Builder with option:
Subheader | Hide

To reduce subheader height use option:
Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader > Padding
