Contact form background color

Hey guys, I'd like to change the hover color on my contact form. When you click it is blue, but I'd like it to fit my theme, so I'd like it to be this color #7F462C is there a custom code or something simple for that? Thank you so much!! http://apexoutlines.com/?page_id=2210
