Mobile Menu Font Color or Background Color

Hi all - we are working on this site www.firstlookequities.com

We can't get the menu to show up on Mobile - it is obviously white text and doesn't display.  Based on this discussion: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/11046/mobile-menu/p1 we followed the CSS advice of inputting this in the custom CSS segment but it did nothing:

#Top_bar #menu > ul { background-color: #000 !important; }

Please help!

We've checked your site and there is black color below your menu, so looks like it works
