Where are the 160+ Templates

Hello

I have the BE theme installed and working, plugins installed and working - Muffin is working nicely

However when I click on TEMPLATES - i see None, Nada, Zero, Zip, Zilcho - how do I access the 160+ theme templates that are supposed to be supplied with this theme.

I've looked in all the folders of the download zip file and they dont appear to be in there?

To access demo data please go to admin panel > Appearance > BeTheme Demo Data
There you can find all 160+ demos
