Footer boxed and full wide

Hi Be,

A question on the Footer. 

I'm making a site in boxed lay-out: www.rc-dj.nl (for now still 'Coming soon', but you can see an example page at http://www.rc-dj.nl/werkwijze/)

But on some pages the footer is full wide. See http://www.rc-dj.nl/pro-deo/. 

The only differences I can see is that on the pages that are in the menu, the footer is boxed. And the pages that are visible only by clicking through a link the footer is full wide.

How can I make all the footers in boxed lay-out?
