Resizing Featured Image Frame

Hi,

I've looked all over the code for this and can't find a way to resize the image frame on the blog posts. Right now, The default frame is too narrow and images are being cut off. I'm unable to widen it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

They are hardcoded in theme files and can not be changed at this moment
