Parallax Images and page layout shifted when viewing mobile

Oy! My site is Rileytemple.com

I'm having responsive design issues and struggling to find the parameters needed to be changed in order to keep that solid design on mobile and web. While viewing on mobile- the parallax images aren't fit to full width, text is out of alignment, and the page is treated as one column to scroll through. Anyway I could have the whole page fit a mobile screen same as web viewing? My assets and content would look fine if reduced in size a bit to fit a mobile screen.

To do this please go to Theme Options > Responsive > Responsive and turn it OFF
