How to change the sticky menu colors

Hi guys I would like to know how to change the background, links, hover links colors?

Hi,

Colors in sticky menu are always the same as in regular menu which can be set in
Theme Options > Colors > Menu

If you want to make small change please send link to your site with info which color you want to change
