What Menu settings the Coaching layout use ?

I'm Checking the Coaching layout on a test website i can't find what settings to choose for geting  a menu like the Coaching demo:

This demo uses Classic header style with below options:

- header - minimalist
- menu - align right
- menu - highlight
- menu - no borders
- action bar - hide
