Fix Transparency problem in footer

My question is about the last major updates of Betheme. In recent demos you opened the posisibility of putting a fixed image as background and that the containers with transparency or partial transparency are scrolling over this fixed image. I don't find the way to put dark transparency in the footer settings. What I am looking for is to set dark transparency (rgba(8, 8, 8, 0.79); or so) I try to set, but when I activate the background in the footer the transparency becomes total and I can't choose a color.

We had this feature from the 1st day. But maybe we do not think about the same as you do. Please show us which feature you mean exactly.
