How to resize logo for website?

I have a PNG that was created for me. What I need to know is 1)What size to resize the file to? 2)How would I handle that in photoshop? I've tried in photoshop, but when i change one dimension, the other automatically changes, so there isn't a way that I can make it 143 X 35 (if that is inf act the default logo size)

1) You can use any size of logo you want. If full size of logo does not appear on your site, you can always send us link to your site so we can give you extra css to increase it's size if necessary.
2) We are sorry but such customization like changes in Photoshop are not included unfortunately.
