Where do i alter the header thing that's just black?

Hello i recently installed your theme on this domain; www.mcblog.dk

I have a big black thing in the header and i cant seem to find a way to get rid of it or in any way change it. I have imported the "blogger" template.

I found that it was a slideshow, but i didnt find where to disable it. 

Also how do i remove the search thing in the menu bar?

Hi,

Go to Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section and turn on "Header | Minimalist" option.

But search, can be removed under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section
