Footer showing up on desktop as it would in mobile view

On my page, my footer is all lined up to the left when viewing in desktop. Anything I can do to get it back the way it was all across the bottom?

Hi,

looks like all widgets are in the 1st footer section. To sort them out, please go to Appearance > Widgets section.

thank you thank you for the prompt response! I checked and double checked, but the widgets are in four different footer sections. I deleted them and redid them, but still the same problem. This hasn't always looked like that.

Could it be anything else?
