How do I make this theme support IgniteUp plugin?

I just recently purchased this theme. How do I make it support the plugin IgniteUp?

Whenever I activate this theme with this plugin on.. the Ingniteup always look cut out or the page gets cut in half. Is there any way I can fix this? Please and thank you.
