Link from Portfolio images on start page to another page

Trying to get to the look of the portfolio in a different way.

Is it possible to link, click on a portfolio image then go to a different page?
I would have the pictures together on the home page as it gets with Portofolio but then linking to another page.

It is possible?

Yes, it is possible. Link type for portfolio items you can set under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio section.
