I get a problem on the FOOTER when I try to use Blogger template

I try to use blogger template, but when I install it. My footer render twice (One says "recent comments" and there is another sections called "Latest comments" and that happens on "recent posts" and the others sections. I dont know why my footer is not working and how to remove that sections that are repeated. Please, I NEED HELP!
