Hi, this is the excerpt, please edit the field. TO do this, edit the page and find the excerpt field on the bottom of the page, if you do not see it, you will need to enable this in the screen options (top right corner of the page edit)

these are probably excerpts. When you edit post items, click in the right top corner on Screen Options and check Excerpt option.
I have the same problem. I got to the excerpt view and still don't know how to change those discriptions. I can't figure it out...
