Sticky Menu / Modify Transparent background
Hi,
When scrolling through the site, the sticky menu initiates fine. However the background disappears and you can't see the menu links/pages. I've searched through all the options and can't find where to adjust this, or increase it so it's blue like the rest of the menu, where search and donate, and the logo reside. Our site is http://www.resources.gocabe.org/ - I've also included an image.

it's because of too many elements in sticky header. There is simply not enough space for all of them. So or you will remove some menu items or search or button or you will simply decrease padding between menu items:
#Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { padding: 0 7px !important; }
