Hover Boxes Not Covering Full Width

Can you please tell me why the Hover Boxes in the Website are not covering the full width of the screen?

Hello @muffingroup,

What I mean is, I want the images in the Hover Boxes to completely cover the full width of the Website.

Similar to what you see in the Website we built here: http://rosevilleglassmasters.com

In the back end of the 2 sites, the set up appears to be completely the same. However, at http://valenciacustomglass.com/, the page does not display the hover boxes to be covering the full width of the website. Because of this, the website does not look very professional.

Because of the time difference, it appears that support is only available while I am asleep.
When I wake up, and find support responses like this one, it is very discouraging.To me, "Why (aren't) the Hover Boxes covering the Full Width of the Screen(/Website)", is fairly clear, and self-explanatory.

I am starting to feel like I am a nuisance to your support team, and that you are not really trying to help me, but more discourage me from asking questions.

Because of the time difference, when you ask me, "can you explain what you mean exactly", I lose an entire day of making progress on the Website because I am not able to move forward on the project.

Next time, you feel the need to ask me, "can you explain what you mean exactly", please (instead) just provide all solutions for any issue that you might imagine it to be.
That way, it will save me from having to ask the question to the other answers in the very near future.

This type of response has become a pattern, and I have been patient, but I really need us to move past this.

I have many, many more questions I intend to ask.

We are sorry but for us your question wasn't clear enough. You did not included screenshot of what you mean or even no example. Full Width may be different and that's why it wasn't clear. Anyway, now we know what you mean, we did checked both sites and we can confirm that settings of both pages are not the same. For the site http://valenciacustomglass.com/, you did not set Full width without margins style for section item inside which these items are.

@muffingroup, thank you for being patient with me!

I will do everything I can to help improve communication, I will continue to include screenshots with everything that I am available to provide them for.
Also, I will try to stay away from Slang as much as possible...Californians have their own version of English!

I like your product very much, and look forward to the day when I have a mastery of it!

If I am able to get my support questions in by 8 am PST (4 pm GST), do you think you will be available to address them before 9 am PST (5 pm GST)? When available, of course!

Now, that being said...

@muffingroup, where do I set "Full Width Without Margins style for section item inside"?

I do not see that option.

Is it within the container? Or, is it in the BeTheme Options?  Or...somewhere else?

We prefer to avoid slung as English is not our main language but we are still learning. Talking with all of you is the best way to learn it as much as possible. Hope that every day we are doing it better and you guys see these results However, if you need to use slang, would be great if you can explain that word or phrases in brackets so we can learn what they mean.

Anyway, to change section`s settings, you need to click on this small "Pencil" icon that is visible on above screenshot. SECTION is that biggest, green part of the Muffin Builder and this pencil button is just under the ADD Section and Muffin Group logo at the top. Hope that would help

None of these images are SECTION. When you look at 1st image, you see in the left corner of that popup "WRAP" word what means you edited WRAP. But like we said, you need to edit SECTION. Button responsible for sections are above WRAPS. Like we wrote previously those buttons are on the green frame around all other items. I apologize, I am having a difficult time figuring this out.

I now understand what you mean by WRAPS. Unfortunately, I simply did not recognize the border that contained the wrap.

I am almost there, I just need to know what setting I need to change inside of the WRAP. I did look through all of them, but was unable to figure it out.

Should I message you for support, this is one of the last items I have to edit and then the site is going to be done.

I still need to put up 2 more slides.

I am very happy with how (http://valenciacustomglass.com/ is coming along, thank you again!

Please take a look on the image we sent you previously http://snag.gy/yd8OD.jpg and where we marked with red color, edit button for SECTION item, not WRAP like you mentioned. You must edit SECTION item and under it's settings you must set FULL WIDTH without margins Style.
