Change 'related posts' text at bottom of post

Hi,

Can you tell me how i go about changing the text 'Related Posts' to 'Related Press' please... 

I presume i have to change it in one of the theme files but cant find which.

Ohh, ok So this text can be changed in Theme options > Translate > Blog & Portfolio section.
