Hide subheader by default but

I want the subheader to be disabled by default and have the option to activate it on certain pages that i want. How would I achieve that?

Hi,
you can only activate Subheader for all pages, and then while editing pages, you can use Subheader | Hide option to hide subheader on certain pages.
