Header not visible

The header of my sites is not visible, I check with firebug and the #Top_bar has a class: Loading.

So when I delete this class the header is visible, but the submenus not.

Whats happening?

If the top bar has class loading, it means only one - you have JS errors for sure. You can see them on http://pasteboard.co/10bKHZM0.png
