Bigger logo and different top-margin

thanks for the nice theme. :-)
How can i use a logo at his original size? I´ve uploaded my logo 315 x 165 px and i will display it in fullsize (transparent menu) over my revolution slider.
How to change the top-margin of the menu and the (full size-)logo?
