Galery like in the example

Hi there!
I would like to make galery like in this example:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/portfolio-item/aliquam-eratac/

I want put it on regular page with pop-up with all the photos from selected gallery on click. 

Could you provide step by step instruction?

this is wp default gallery. What we did was just wp gallery shortcode inside Column item.
