Galery like in the example

Hi there!
I would like to make galery like in this example:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/portfolio-item/aliquam-eratac/

I want put it on regular page with pop-up with all the photos from selected gallery on click. 

Could you provide step by step instruction?

this is wp default gallery [Links visible only for registered users]. What we did was just wp gallery shortcode [Links visible only for registered users] inside Column item.
