Can I change the background image on the default contact page? If so how?

Can you please tell me where to find "Sections" or is this a coding only feature?

This is muffin builder item. When you are under "Page options" section where Muffin Builder is, you will see section blocks that are green and inside which are WRAPS and ITEMS.
