pages and posts shown in Google search results with Home page (in Hebrew עמוד הבית) added to the title (All pages / posts beside the Home page)
1. on the WordPress settings > general the title and description is empty
2. all title and description are written in the SEO section of pages and posts
3. BeTheme options > SEO used built in fields is on

Google do whatever they want so we won't take care about these results to much. The most important is, if the HOME words are in the title of your site. As we see, they are not there http://pasteboard.co/17O0GrLw.png what means Google probably indexed your site before you changed it.
The Home page words ( עמוד הבית ) are not and never have been on the titles of the pages.
On the picture title attached by you the words עמוד הבית are not present in the title
Same thing on the settings > general its the first thing i delete before I'm starting building the site (Title and description fields are empty).
The website was indexed only after i finished the building ( I keep the settings > Reading > don't index website on until i finish the website.
What i think the Seo tool does if i keep the settings >general > title field empty it attached instead the name of the home page to all the pages, the question is can i disable it somehow.

I saw the 17O0GrLw.png file, there isn't Home page / עמוד הבית word in the title
If i transalte the pages to English what it does is if the Title field on page is
"Ronit Dahan Testimonials" in Google index it will show up like
Ronit Dahan Testimonials - Home page
Its adding the "- Home Page" to all pages beside the Home Page in the index
Its not from the Theme, I think its pushed from WordPress settings > general > title field into the search engine.
I will try to disable the SEO tool and experiment with couple of SEO plugin's to see if i can solve this.

Disabling the SEO tool and using the Add Meta Tags plugin solved this problem for me
