It depends from you only what you would put there. It's just page title, description and keywords. But if you want to know more about page optimizations and seo, you should contact with the company which offers such service. We are WP developers, not SEO masters. Hi - just wanted to let you know that SEO is a complicated creature.  You need to fill in those fields specifically and uniquely to each page as the search engines rank each page (not site) to be found when your keywords are searched.

For example, if you search Best Buy in Google, the title shows 

Best Buy: Expert Service. Unbeatable Price.

The description is the description that will show up underneath that title.

The keywords are the keywords in which relate specifically to that page.
