Logo image doesn't resize properly when responsive is enabled (only for firefox)

hi there,
I am facing an issue with the top banner-log. The logo image doesn't resize properly when responsiveness is enabled. This happens only in firefox web browser. From a search I did it seems that firefox needs different css configuration than other browsers.
