Is there a way to undo demo data install?
I just did a demo data install and realised that it overwrote all my settings and layouts. I probably should have found out how to save them before I did the demo install! Is there a way to revert to what I had (not to default as I had customised a lot of things)?
If not what do I need to do before installing demo data to save all my settings and layouts so that I can reinstall them?

to revert that, you need to contact with your admin and ask for backups.
In reference to demo import, we suggest to have one extra wp instance for tests where you can import whatever you want and check.
