Scroll bar too thin and too dark

I am using Be theme and the scroll bar is too thin and too dark, I thought it might have been my browser but it appears on any browser and 3 different PCs. Is this something set up in the CSS, I couldn't find anything.

maybe you should turn off Nice Scroll feature under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.
