Unique Header for One Page of Site

Is it possible to use a different image in the header of just one page on my site? I want the Blog page to have a unique identity.

Yes, it is possible. To display different header backgrounds on different pages, you need to use Featured Image option which is on the right hand side when you edit/create pages.

I did that, but the featured image still doesn't show up. Is there another setting somewhere that's overriding the Featured Image option?

As we can see, background header does not work because of your extra css which overrides this image:

#Top_bar, #Header_creative, #Top_bar { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) linear-gradient(to bottom, #000000, #ffffff) repeat scroll 0 0; }

I removed that extra css, but the blog page still won't display its featured image. Any ideas? Thanks!

But as we see, you use Stack: center header type. This header type does not have an option to put background image behind it. To put background behind header (logo and menu) you need to use extra css:

.header-classic #Action_bar, .header-plain #Action_bar, .header-stack #Action_bar { background: transparent !important; }
#Header .top_bar_left, .header-classic #Top_bar, .header-plain #Top_bar, .header-stack #Top_bar, .header-split #Top_bar, .header-fixed #Top_bar, .header-below #Top_bar, #Header_creative, #Top_bar #menu { background: transparent !important; }
