IE11 compatible issue: Menu goes wrong on IE11

I have transfered my site to a new server, It all looks fine but menu doesnt display right  on IE11(server side), the style goes wrong and sub-menu can't work:

When I use chrome on the same PC (server side), the correct style looks as below,

But I go to another PC and use IE11, and connect to the old site, it just looks fine....

Would you please tell me why? How can I fix the ie11 problem on the server side?
