changing section wrapper colors?

Hello,
I'm using your Vet theme. I know that you can change what I believe are the section wrappers individually per page but wondering where I can change them via the child theme .css file so I only have to set it once? Here is an example page from your themes: Vet Theme Offer page
I have the theme set to "One Color Skin" and tried selecting for example "Blue" but that doesn't change these section/block colors. I'd like to use the child .css style sheet to set these different section/block colors once rather than do it individually per page. Would you please tell me how I can do this?

what you ask for requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy [Links visible only for registered users] is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
