it is possible to increase the gap between a blog post and Subheader?

Photography is not at the top.

I padding on all other pages set 20 px, blog setting do not see ...

There is no gap because you turned off content padding under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.

I put the page Add Aktuality Section, where I set the Layout Top Padding 20 px.

Perhaps a different approach, but the result is good.
