Menu is lost, and homepage is gone

In google chrome i've still got my homepage, menu etc. But not in other browsers (nothing to do with cache and history settings for the other browsers)
this is wath i got http://www.afc.dyniakredieten.be/AFCKREDIETEN/
I've checked the settings and everything seems to be normal, i've got an old installation ( i've started there and then i migrated to another domain) and besides of some text, new pages, images the old site is the same as my new (problem) one? the homepage and menu of the old one is the same as tha one on afc.dyniakredieten.be/afckredieten.
So where dit it go wrong, every setting, color are the same but still i' dont get the same site
the old installation is http://130.211.
And yes the cloned one worked for several days, there are no errors, cache purged and so one.
???? Someone has an idea?
I could continuo with my old installation, but ther quiete a lot of text, .... that are changed so i had to redo all of that

looks like you got JS errors what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/1hcGBApi.png so we suggest to start from fixing those errors.
