woocommerce cart pending payment status after transactions

Hi, Ive been stuck for few days about the paypal and woocommerce. When i purchase Products in my website, Products is always pending payment after a paypal transaction. I have tried many different methods and even reinstall the woocommerce but no luck. 

My website is not maintenance mode and the fsockopen/cURL support is opened, I have setup both paypal IPN (http://www.andromeda8.co.uk/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal) and Paypal identity token. 

I don't understand what I have missed. I have put the woocommerce IPN link to paypal IPN simulator, it shows error. Please anyone can tell me what should I do.

in this case, you need to contact with plugin's author because we do not have any influence on it.
