Menu doesn't show

Dear ..

I've just installed the BeTheme and I'm pretty happy about it. Except for one thing: my menu button doesn't show. At first it only showed on iOs (iPad) and not on my windows computer, which is strange. I found out that when I open the customizer in Wordpress on windows the menu button shows, but when I close the customizer it disappears again. Same goes for my logo by the way. 

So my menu button - and logo - DO show on iOs, but the menu button here doesn't work. It doesn't fold out, I can't click it etc. This is a problem for navigation. I've set my menu under appearance > menu and I've tried multiple BeTheme options for lay-out to make it show. None of this worked. Does someone know how to fix this little problem?
