Background image in top-menu on homepage and subpages (using "classic" layout)
I desprately try to add a background image into the top-menu using ("classic" layout). Here's the site address: http://wl56www693.webland.ch
This is the image I want to put into the background of both - the main menu bar and the sticky version of it: http://wl56www693.webland.ch/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/cfn_menu_bg_logo.png
Please note: the background image has transperancy... so the menu should not have any background color in it.
Is there any way to achieve this using custom css? Any help would be great!

it does not matter if header is transparent or not because the header type you use got slider below. So you won't get the slider behind it.
Anyway, to change header background, you need to use:
.header-classic #Top_bar {background-image: url("http://wl56www693.webland.ch/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/cfn_menu_bg_logo.png") !important;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
