How to change line below link colour?

I need to change the line below link colour to be a different colour as I am converting my clients website from Almera theme into BeTheme,

Here is the origianl see how the line under the menu is different colour to menu

Here is mine its black the same colour

You can change it's color with the following css:

#Top_bar .menu > li a::after { background: #000 !important; }

Is there any way to do the slider effect that is on there at all? If you check the site;

The underline slides along the menu how can i do this?
