on those pages, sidebar is the same as for shop page. But as we see you don`t have any sidebar. Just go to Appearance > Widgets section and fill WooCommerce sidebar with right widgets. For whole woocommerce, can be used only one sidebar.
you really need to allow to set the sidebars for category and product detail pages seperately. I for example would not want the same sidebar on all my woocommerce pages!!
