Need a specific space between post title and read more button

Hi

I'm using post based revolution slider for my website. I'm displaying post title and a read more button. As the title is dynamic the length of the title is not same for all slider. I want to give a specific space between title and button.

This is the standard height that I want between title and read more button.

but in this slide the space between title and button is more as the title length is short. 

I want all read more button just 60px below from the title. how to do this ?

as far as we know, Revolution Slider plugin does not have such option included.
