align contact form boxes and remove SELECT ONE BELOW from multiple menu 368
Can you kindly check: http://gadgetsinstyle.com/contact-us/ since the contact boxes are not very well aligned.
Also I wish to remove SELECT ONE BELOW from multiple menu 368 and fix SELECT ONE BELOW as title only to be seen so that visitors can choose among the 3 only: HR/SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE

you put the form into 3/5 column so it looks exactly as you did it. You can have a look on it closer on http://pasteboard.co/1qACknTc.png - if you wanted to do is 3/5 width but in the middle o site, you should use 1/5 with PLACEHOLDER items on sides (right and left) and 3/5 column with form between them.
In reference to 2nd question, we suggest to check CF7`s documentation because this plugin is not our product and to be honest we have no idea how you did it exactly from the back-end and how you put this text into this field.
