Cannot Unzip The Compressed File Containing the Theme

I've tried a few times using a few PCs and a Mac but cannot successfully unzip the theme zip file to install.

Please help!

If you are unable to unzip TF package, you should contact with your developer then because this is first time when we hear something like that. You must be doing something wrong or your computer is the culprit.
